In 2023, Index Coop developed an for Index Protocol, with the aim of overcoming some of the limitations and inefficiencies associated with DEX-only trading. The Auction Rebalance Module facilitates rebalances for via single-asset auctions. Managers initiate rebalances specifying target allocations in precise units (scaled by 10^18), quote asset (e.g., WETH, USDC), auction parameters per component, and rebalance duration through startRebalance(). Bidders can participate via bid() for individual components.
